Meeting point TBC What: Women’s Cornering Clinic with The Local Bike Coach In response to requests by the punters (which we welcome!), the Local Bike Coach is running a Women’s MTB cornering clinic at Lysterfield MTB park. Cornering doesn’t have to be complicated! (Although plenty of YouTube ‘coaching’ videos may have you thinking otherwise…) This clinic aims to get you cornering comfortably, with focused and straightforward instructions on line choice, body position and braking to help you ride corners smoothly and even use them to gain speed! This clinic will also give you the tools to take your new and improved skills to the trails, so you can enjoy cornering on your rides a whole lot more. This session is aimed at women who are comfortable riding green and blue trails, who are looking to increase their control and get more out of their corners! Group size: six spots available Cost: $65 Gear: your mountain bike (non-E bikes are preferred, as you may get more out of the session), helmet, knee pads, any other safety gear you feel comfortable in, water bottle.
